Boys Soccer Booster Club - Membership Registration

Registration Instructions

Please complete the following form to register as a Booster Club Member for 2025-2026. Some fields are required and the form will let you know if you leave them blank. Once you have either completed payment via PayPal or selected to simply check in, you will receive a confirmation email. Monthly supporter payments will be processed from August-April. If you would rather make a direct donation to the Booster Club, a link will be presented after registration/check-in.
